Overview
Organic red or white sorghum is a drought-resistant cereal grown by our West African producers. Used in flour, animal feed, brewing and infant foods, it is a strategic ingredient for organic markets and food security programmes.
How to prepare it?
Cook like a standard grain: 1 part sorghum to 2.5 parts water, 25–35 minutes on low heat. The grain can also be milled into flour for breads and flatbreads.
