Organic pineapple is grown for fresh export and industry (juice, dried, preserves). Selected for brix, crown quality and external appearance. Packing adapted to long sea freight with controlled ventilation.

How to prepare it?

Store upside down 24 hours at room temperature to distribute sugars, then refrigerate. Peel and slice before serving.
