Overview
Organic golden millet is an ancient gluten-free cereal sun-dried on partner farms. Used in porridges, couscous-style dishes, gluten-free baking and animal feed, it offers excellent shelf life and full harvest-to-container traceability.
How to prepare it?
Rinse millet in hot water. Cook 1 part millet to 2 parts water: bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15–20 minutes on low heat. Fluff with a fork before serving.
