Overview
Organic corn is certified to European and USDA NOP standards with strict seed quality control. Soycain produces yellow and white corn without impurities from central and northern Benin. Suitable for food, industry and bulk or big-bag export.
How to prepare it?
Whole corn can be boiled (about 1 hour on low heat after soaking) or milled into grits and flour. For quick polenta, boil 3 parts salted water to 1 part grits and stir 5–7 minutes.
