Organic dried chilli is harvested at full maturity to maximise capsaicin and colour. Used in grocery, sauces, marinades and food industry. Sun or mechanical drying for long shelf life.

How to prepare it?

Wear gloves when handling. Rehydrate 15 minutes in warm water for sauces, or grind into powder for seasoning.
